Five Days at the Heart of Chocolate and Pastry

Salon du Chocolat Paris returns from October 28 to November 1, 2026, bringing chocolatiers, pastry chefs, cocoa producers, artisans and chocolate enthusiasts together at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. For five days, the international event combines tastings, demonstrations, chocolate artistry, entertainment and opportunities to meet some of the people shaping contemporary chocolate and pastry.

The 2026 edition is expected to welcome thousands of visitors while offering more than 100 hours of activities and interactive experiences. Alongside the public festival, a dedicated B2B Village provides an industry-focused space for professional networking, sourcing, innovation and business development.

Chocolate and Pastry Take Centre Stage

The Salon brings together chocolate and pastry professionals from around the world, giving visitors opportunities to discover artisan creations, new products and emerging trends. Live demonstrations are an important part of the experience, with the Pastry Show presenting chefs and chocolatiers as they prepare recipes and demonstrate professional techniques on stage.

Visitors can also explore themed itineraries designed around artisan creations, tastings and participating chocolatiers and pâtissiers.

The Chocolate Fashion Show Becomes a Musical

One of the Salon’s signature traditions has evolved into a new format. The famous chocolate fashion show has been transformed into a Musical Show, combining chocolate, fashion, dance, singing and technology.

For 2026, organisers describe the production as having a rock and burlesque atmosphere, with original costumes and choreographed performances created in collaboration with French performing-arts school AICOM.

Where Chocolate Becomes Art

Chocolate also becomes an artistic medium through the Salon’s Alley of Inspiration, where visitors can discover sculptures and chocolate-covered costumes. The exhibition explores texture, form and craftsmanship while demonstrating how chocolatiers can take chocolate far beyond the traditional bar or bonbon.

Another 2026 experience, Santa’s House, introduces an early taste of the holiday season with Advent calendars, Yule logs and creations from pastry chefs and chocolatiers.

A Dedicated B2B Village for the Chocolate Industry

Salon du Chocolat Paris is also an important meeting place for chocolate and pastry professionals. Its dedicated B2B Village brings together cocoa producers, suppliers, equipment companies, ingredient specialists, packaging businesses and other industry participants.

Conferences address market developments and sustainability, while professional visitors can identify suppliers, explore innovations and build international business connections. Separate professional passes are available for the 2026 event.

2026 Tickets and Opening Night

The Salon is open 10 a.m.–7 p.m. daily from October 28 through November 1. An Opening Night takes place on October 27 from 7–10 p.m.

Regular 2026 adult admission starts at €16 on weekdays and €20 on the weekend, with separate child, family, student, accessibility, late-day and Gold Pass options available. Children under six receive free admission.
