Salon du Chocolat Dubai 2026: Chocolate, Pastry and Creativity in the Middle East
December 2, 2026
Madinat Jumeirah – Madinat Arena, Dubai, UAE
Chocolate, Pastry, Gelato & Coffee
Chocolate artistry returns to Dubai as Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie Dubai celebrates its fifth edition from November 30 to December 2, 2026. The three-day event brings chocolatiers, pastry chefs, culinary professionals and chocolate enthusiasts together at Madinat Jumeirah.
More than a marketplace for chocolate, the Dubai Salon combines tastings and shopping with pastry demonstrations, workshops, competitions, industry conversations and one of the international Salon du Chocolat’s signature attractions: chocolate fashion.
A Global Chocolate Celebration in Dubai
The Dubai edition has grown into a substantial regional showcase for chocolate, pastry, gelato and coffee. Organisers expect 120+ exhibitors across approximately 3,500 square metres of exhibition space, along with thousands of visitors during the three-day event.
Visitors can explore exhibitor stands, sample and purchase chocolate and discover products from international and regional brands. More than 50 pastry chefs are also expected to participate in the wider programme.
Chocolate Takes to the Runway
The Chocolate Fashion Show remains one of the Salon’s most distinctive attractions. For 2026, the programme introduces Cocoa Stars: A Dubai Chocolate Musical, combining chocolate craftsmanship, fashion, music and performance.
Designers from ESMOD and pastry chefs will collaborate on 14 chocolate dresses inspired by famous music icons. Fashion shows are scheduled across all three days of the festival.
Pastry Chefs Share Their Craft
Chocolate lovers interested in technique can head to the Pastry Show and Choco Demo.
The Pastry Show gives leading chefs a space to present hands-on workshops and creative pastry desserts. Meanwhile, Choco Demo focuses on live preparation as pastry professionals share techniques and create chocolate-based desserts in front of festival audiences.
These sessions help turn the Salon from a shopping event into an opportunity to watch professionals at work and discover some of the ideas influencing contemporary chocolate and pastry.
Competitions Put Culinary Talent to the Test
Professional competition is another part of the Dubai programme. Chocolatiers and pastry specialists will demonstrate their skills through creative presentations and confectionery challenges.
Coffee also has a significant presence. The programme includes specialist competitions and experiences exploring brewing, barista skills and coffee-based drinks, reflecting the Salon’s broader focus on chocolate, pastry, gelato and café culture.
Conversations About the Future of Chocolate
For visitors interested in the business behind the creations, The Talks brings experts and chefs together for daily discussions and networking.
Topics extend across chocolate, pastry, gelato and coffee, providing an industry perspective alongside the consumer-facing festival experiences. Previous organiser material also identifies sustainability, changing ingredients and emerging trends among the subjects explored through these conversations.
Dubai Joins a Worldwide Chocolate Community
Salon du Chocolat began in Paris in 1994 and has since expanded into an international network of events. Dubai now sits alongside destinations including Paris, New York, Shanghai, Riyadh and other major cities hosting editions of the chocolate and pastry show.
Its Dubai edition reflects the region’s growing interest in premium chocolate and pastry while giving local and international professionals a place to exchange ideas, demonstrate their craft and meet consumers.
For chocolate lovers visiting Dubai, the 2026 Salon offers three days to taste, discover, learn and see just how far chocolate creativity can go.
